Hello Christine...and aren't certain herbs just the right nourishment..I just love the herb Dill and its very fragrant smell. A gorgeous ladye's pocket ♥x
Mister Staggs and I went for a drive this weekend, and I thought of you. You would have loved the "springing" of the year. Wild cherry trees were blooming everywhere we went. Mixed in with the new leaves, and the evergreens, the sight was a quietly wild and beautiful one.
It, is so interesting for me to see this lovely pocket, as I've been drawn to them, and that particular shape lately, due to a pattern that I saw for making one in Maggie Bonanami's book. This is a stunning one.
Hello Christine...Thank you for your visit...and I would love to share that meal of the pork and green beans with you...And oh how I couldv'e done with some of your lovely fresh Thyme, I think it would of made a difference in the sauce...but nevertheless it was very very tasty!!! I have just had a quick visit to your other blog...how very very enchanting...I must go back at some stage and have a proper read. And you enjoy your Spring over there Dear One ♥x
The month of May is filled with a palette equal to a Monet painting. It is also a month of treasured memories. May those memories and love find you today as I send you greetings for a happy Mother's Day. Hope all is well in your world of delights and dollies. xo Susan
at last! a beautiful May morning here with no wind blowing~the meadlowlarks and red-winged blackbirds are courting and setting up housekeeping... Margaret & Angus~ my 2 cats~ are asleep in the warm sun on the front steps... deep purple pansies & violet & white lobelia hanging gracefully from the porch...a perfect May morning on Deerfield Farm...wishing you all a perfect spring morning. Christine, Just found your site and I felt like I'd came home.I too love New England especially the 17th & 18th centuries. One of my favorite places is Plimoth Plantation. You seem to have an olde soul which is wise and kind. I will be looking forward to your future postings. Cheers, Donna
